These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of the services and applications provided by Tinysoft, s.r.o., ID: 45558345, registered office: 17. novembra 8 911 01 Trenčín, Slovakia ("Tinysoft", "we", "us" or "our").

Tinysoft, s.r.o. (ID: 45558345) operates from Trenčín, Slovakia, providing mobile and online services through applications available on iOS and Android devices.
2. Age Requirements
Users must be at least 17 years old to access services, or 18 years for Slots Casino apps. Parents are responsible for restricting minor access to accounts.
By accepting these Terms of Use you represent that you are over 17 years old. If you are between the ages 17 and 18, your lawfully legal guardian must review and agree to these Terms of Use and our Privacy Policy.
3. Nature of Service
The services and applications provided by Tinysoft are intended for amusement and entertainment only. The services and applications are not gambling.
Tinysoft grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use the Services for your own, non-commercial entertainment purposes. You agree not to use the Services for any other purpose.
4. Virtual Currency
Game currency purchased has no real monetary value and cannot be redeemed, sold, or transferred. Game currency may never be redeemed for actual monetary instruments, goods or other items of monetary value.
All purchases of virtual currency are final and non-refundable except as required by applicable law or as otherwise permitted by Tinysoft at its sole discretion. Tinysoft reserves the right to manage, regulate, control, modify and/or eliminate virtual currency at its sole discretion.
5. Refund Policy
Refund requests must be submitted within 96 hours of purchase according to payment provider policy. To request a refund, please contact us at support@tinysoft.sk with your purchase details.
6. User Conduct
By using the Services you agree that you will not:
- Upload or transmit any content that is unlawful, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, vulgar, obscene or otherwise objectionable
- Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any portion of the Services or any other systems or networks connected to the Services
- Use any robot, spider, scraper or other automated means to access the Services
- Use or launch any unauthorised technology or software, including cheats, bots, hacks or any other software, to modify or interfere with the Services
- Attempt to decompile, reverse engineer, disassemble or hack any part of the Services
- Sell, resell, rent or lease access to the Services or your account
Violation of these terms results in immediate account termination without notice or refund.
7. Intellectual Property
All title, ownership rights and intellectual property rights in and to the Services are owned by Tinysoft. The Services are protected by applicable intellectual property laws, including copyright laws. You agree not to remove, alter or obscure any copyright, trademark or other proprietary rights notice incorporated in or accompanying the Services.
8. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranty of any kind, either express or implied, including without limitation any implied warranty of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. Tinysoft does not warrant that the Services will be uninterrupted or error free.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Tinysoft shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation loss of profits, data, use, goodwill or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of (or inability to access or use) the Services.
10. Governing Law
All claims are governed by the laws of Slovakia. Any disputes arising under these Terms of Use shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Slovakia.
11. Changes to Terms
Tinysoft reserves the right to amend these Terms of Use at any time. Your continued use of the Services after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms of Use.
