1. Preamble
The General Data Protection Regulation is a data protection and privacy regulation within the European Union and the European Economic Area (EEA).
The goal of GDPR is to give individuals in the European Union control over their personal data and to unify data privacy and protections laws within the European Countries.
2. Data Administrator
Your personal data is processed by company Tinysoft, s.r.o., ID: 45558345, registered office: 17. novembra 8 911 01 Trenčín, Slovakia. Tinysoft collects personal data and determines the purposes and means of processing that personal data — for example, when Tinysoft stores account information for account registration, administration, services access, or contact information for the Tinysoft account to provide assistance through Customer Support activities — it acts as a data controller.
Tinysoft is committed to GDPR compliance across our services and provides GDPR related assurances in our contractual commitments.
3. Processing of Personal Data
All data that a user puts into our systems will only be processed in accordance with the users' consent, as described in our current Privacy Policy.

6. Deleting Your Personal Data
You may request, under certain conditions, to have your personal data erased at any time. Please be advised that by erasing your personal data, all game progress will also be deleted and you will no longer be able to log in and play. Also please be advised that by deleting your data, your virtual currency paid for and/or earned across all Tinysoft games available at bit.ly/tinysoftapps will be lost. This process cannot be undone — deleted accounts cannot be recovered.
Please do not remove our game before submitting a deletion request, as we may not be able to verify your identity in that case.
Copies of some material (for example, log records) may remain in our database but are disassociated from personal identifiers. Please visit our Privacy Policy page for further information regarding deletion of your personal data and how to stop communication with you.
